Pellet size description and drop rate stats

 FRY

Sized in one diameter with slow steady drop times for an even distribution.

*Nano Pellets are a fine power (.2 mm-.4 mm). It is nutrient loaded for newly hatched shrimp, with 55% protein, 20% digestible lipids that quickly provides energy and building blocks
to promote fast growth. Powder dissipates over the surface allowing the smallest fry hidden access to a higher level of nutrition. Irregularly shaped as our powder drops it dances a jig attracting attention of newly dropped fry in the learning stages of first eating.

All Stage

Sized for Developing Growth of shrimp as they enter a juvenal size stage

*Micro Pellets (.5 mm) for faster growing baby shrimp, drop time is staggered allowing early accessibility for the developing juveniles to fill up

Sized for adults and maturing females for conditioning

*Milli Pellets (.5mm-.8mm) for juvies or smaller adults drop last during and after the Centi pellet drop.

Feeding instructions

Feed sparingly only what you visually see your larger shrimp eat in 5 minutes. In layman terms any food that is not eaten is highly palatable for up to 4 days. BioRite Powerfoods provide a 85% efficiency ratio of food utilization. A feeding program of Ark BioRite Powerfoods eliminates the expense and health risks of live foods, saves the shrimp owners time, and minimizes the needs for excessive water changes. Feeding Powerfood’s covers all your aqua-pets nutritional needs. You will not need live foods to meet your shrimp’s nutritional needs, nor frozen, and feeding an assortment of different processed foods is not required. Shell-Rite

Shell Rite is a patented process of coating each food particle with a digestible protein shell designed to require digestive enzymes to open.  This proprietary process allows food to be palatable for up to 5 days in the water table, providing a grazable food source between feedings.

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped Mondays / Wednesdays / Fridays. We confirm your order via email, following an email providing tracking numbers at shipping. We primarily use USPS ground advantage.  Additional shipping options when available will be listed in your shipping options and cost additional.

What size should I buy?

If refrigerated and sealed,your food is easily good for up to 12 months. If not refrigerated but kept sealed, 6 months. If left unsealed in fish-room, you should use up your food within 2 months.

As a Powerfood you do not need to supplement with any additional foods.
